Screen is Black
Cause
The program was on a program and has completed that scheduled cycle.
A blank screen is usually a sign of no power.
If none of the above steps worked, it could be an internal problem.
Solution
Republish the program. If you can’t see the controller, check power. Ensure the days and times the program is playing is set correctly.
Turn off the circuit breakers to your sign. Leave off for 5 minutes. Turn on.
Click “Request Technician” and fill out the form for a technician to take a look at your sign.
Small Black Box on Screen
Cause
The power supplies are designed to shut off in the event of a power surge.
If none of the above steps worked, it could be an internal problem.
Solution
Turn off the circuit breakers to your sign. Leave off for 5 minutes. Turn on.
Click “Request Technician” and fill out the form for a technician to take a look at your sign.
Partial Black on Screen
Cause

Colored Line on Screen
Cause
This is usually a data cable not being seated properly.
If none of the above steps worked, it could be an internal problem.

Cannot Change Sign (No Green Dot)
Cause
Something may have caused a communication issue in the controller.
If none of the above steps worked, it could be an internal problem.
